Frequently Asked Questions

When is this event?

This event is held annually on the second Saturday in October. The times are 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

This is a cash-only event?

No, not necessarily. Cash is encouraged for ease of transaction with our vendors, but the majority of our vendors will also accept debit and credit cards, or even PayPal or Venmo payments.

Is there parking available?

Yes, public parking is available in all open lots near downtown Milan. (i.e. Regions Bank, Cadence Bank, First Baptist Church, CSX parking lot, FEMA Building, etc.)

Do you provide handicap parking?

At this time, we do not have a designated area for handicap parking, but we are working on that!

Where can I find the restrooms?

Restrooms are located at each end of the Festival, in the parking lot of Regions Bank and also in the CSX parking lot. There are also another set of restrooms located in the middle, inside of the Bob Parkins Lot. We provide both regular and handicap accessible porta johns.

How do I become a vendor?

Vendor applications open the first week of July and will be open until our vendor list is full, or until mid-September, whichever comes first.

Is this a pet-friendly event?

Yes, of course! We do ask that you bring something to clean up any messes and keep them leashed at all times. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we ask that you do not bring them.

Do you need volunteers?

Yes, we always need volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please reach out to us by calling (731) 238-3064.

Is smoking allowed on the festival site?

No, smoking is not permitted unless you are outside of the festival boundaries.

Are political or campaign booths allowed?

Political and campaign booths are allowed if you have filled out the vendor application and have been accepted. If you are NOT a vendor or a sponsor, we ask that no flyers/brochures/cards of any kind be handed out along the festival path. You may only distribute them from your vendor booth.
