VENDOR FAQ'S
What types of vendors do you typically accept?
Milan Fall Festival is an arts and crafts festival. Preference is given to those who make their products themselves and includes products such as pottery, painting, jewelry, wood crafts, soaps, quilts, candles, artisan foods and more. Limited space is available for non-profits, political parties, direct sales/trademark brands and traditional businesses. We also reserve vendor spaces for event sponsors.

When will I know if I've been accepted as a vendor?
Submitting the vendor form is strictly an application. This does not mean you are approved to be a vendor. All applicants will receive an email within 10 business days of the application deadline with an approval, denial or wait-listed. Deadline to submit application: August 16, 2024, unless vendor spots fill before that time.
How soon do I have to pay my vendor fee?
Once approved, you will receive an invoice from RecDesk. This invoice MUST be paid within 7 business days or you will be removed from our vendor list. Booth spaces will not be reserved until payment has been received.

What size are the booth spaces?
Typical booth spaces are 10 feet deep and 20 feet wide, a typical parking space. If you need a smaller space, we also offer some that are 10 feet deep and 10 feet wide. We have a limited number of 10x10 spaces. If you need a bigger space, you may purchase a 10 feet deep by 40 feet wide space.

What are the fees?
10 x 10 spaces are $35; 10 x 20 space are $55; and 10 x 40 spaces are $100. We can provide electricity (110 only) for an additional $25. Vendors must provide their own outdoor rated electrical cord and this must be pre-paid with your vendor fee.

What is included in my vendor fee?
Your space is provided with advertisement on our social media page. All vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs. Tents are not required, but highly encouraged. They must be free-standing and cannot be staked into the pavement. Please weight them to withstand the wind.

Are vendor fees refundable?
This is a rain or shine event. If the Milan Fall Festival is cancelled for any reason, fees paid by the vendor shall be returned. In the event that a Vendor can no longer participate once fees are paid, those fees are non-refundable.

Do I need insurance or a business license to participate?
Activity providers and prepared-on-site food vendors are required to have a valid business license and insurance. These documents must be provided to the event organizer before the event date, or you will not be allowed to setup.

Are political or campaign booths allowed?
Political and campaign booths are allowed if you have filled out the vendor application and have been accepted. If you are NOT a vendor or a sponsor, we ask that no flyers/brochures/cards of any kind be handed out along the festival path. You may only distribute them from your vendor booth.
